What happened: I placed an order on Friday of last week with order number: n************ in the name of Jose Passarelli.*It was paid for to be shipped overnight. I spoke with Mr. Cheap from your company's customer service and told him that the package had not arrived at its destination by Monday.*He told me it was because your company had made a mistake in entering the apartment number.*He authorized me to reduce the overnight payment.*So far so good, but I have not received the package and I love it urgently because a person is returning to my country this Friday and must bring the package I ordered.*I understand that the package is in Miami in the central warehouse, but UPS does not take it to the place. What happened: Hello, * issues: first I tried your get human approach which you seem to be so proud of and never did receive a call back. When I called direct I got in the que and got a call back in a few minutes. *nd I joined your summit thing which you also seem to be pushing pretty hard, with the understanding that I would be receiving free returns. I just made two returns and had to pay almost ** dollars to have shipping labels printed as I don’t own a printer. Not exactly free returns. UPS suggested you go to a scanner code like so many efficient free return companies are doing. If you check my purchase history you will find many items I have purchased from backcountry but things are getting a little more complicated and I would appreciate hearing from backcountry directly not through get human or some other proxy.
